We offer further education and continuous professional development for our staff like enrolling for Trade Certification through Connexis, the Infrastructure Industry Training Organisation. We continuously train our staff both internally and externally through organisations like SiteSafe and Safety 'N Action and we do continuous competency assessments for things like operating an excavator, loader, small plant e.g. chain saws and concrete saws, drilling machines etc. We have a range of mandatory training like Slinging, Lifting and Placing with an excavator, reading and interpreting plans, first aid, height & harness use and most of our staff are certified on ConstructSafe Tier 1.

Civil Construction Foreman

We are looking for a Foreman with proven experience in the civil construction industry supervising and coordinating a site team and subcontractors to ensure that projects are constructed on time and on budget.  You will work well within a team and have a supportive leadership style, personal drive and take ownership for your results.  You will ensure that health and safety is never compromised and the company’s procedures are adhered to.

Digger Operators / Skilled Labourer

We are looking for digger operators for all three of our teams in Auckland North, Central and South.  You won't just be operating machinery - you have to help build our walls too!
